Lisa Furlong Jones. Born in Detroit, raised in the City of Angels. Single mother. Producer of animation. Fan of all varieties of pop-culture oddities including (but not limited to): every movie Timothy Carey ever made, floating disembodied heads as graphic elements (particularly on soul revue concert posters from the ’50s and ’60s), and religious ventriloquism albums. In her 40s, finally realized she wants to join the circus when she grows up and has been working towards that goal ever since.
